Want to lose weight and gain stamina without joining an expensive gym? Do what humans did for thousands of years.
Get outside and do some walking. The wife and I try to get out and walk a couple of miles each day when the weather is nice. Walking is just one of the many different exercises you can do without going to a gym.
Of course, start off slowly and build your way up. If you're not used to exercise walk a quarter of a mile the first week then double it every other week. Before you know it you'll be feeling and looking better!
