Sore Throat
Here's something my old chemistry teacher in high school told me that I use every time I get a sore throat. I swear by this remedy! Take a teaspoon of salt and add it to two cups of lukewarm water. Simply gargle with this mixture twice a day (four if it's a bad one). Your sore throat will only last a day or two.
This blog aims to show average (and not so average) Americans ways to save money and become more self-sufficient in doing so. Even if some advice is impractical, I can guarantee that there is something here for everyone. Have a look around and leave me some feedback.
This site is not here to complain (although I'm sure I'll include some minor ones in parts, being human and all). I am here to show American's how to save money as the price of gas increases. What does this all have to do with the price of gas?
As the price of oil and gas continue to rise, Americans and those around the world are starting to feel the crunch on their pocket books. This will only get worse as time goes on. Even if oil speculation is brought under control it will still only be a matter of time before prices begin to climb again. The simple fact is this: we are running out of oil. It is a finite resource and we're using it all.
