Walking, the Gym-Free Exercise

Want to lose weight and gain stamina without joining an expensive gym? Do what humans did for thousands of years. Get outside and do some walking. The wife and I try to get out and walk a couple of miles each day when the weather is nice. Walking is just one of the many different exercises you can do without going to a gym.

Of course, start off slowly and build your way up. If you're not used to exercise walk a quarter of a mile the first week then double it every other week. Before you know it you'll be feeling and looking better!
